The State Development and Reform Commission announced on 29 that prices of entrance tickets, cable car and cruise ship fees and so on in scenic spots are not to rise; discounts for group tickets are to be limited to less than 20%; and public museums, memorial halls and patriotism education bases except buildings of culture relics are to be free of charge within two years. The announcement also regulates that tour sites should make explicit the discounts enjoyed by children, students, senior people, active duty personnel, the disabled and others.
